Kagarov Erken
1994-2010 – founder and creative Director of the company ""Imadesign"", Moscow. Since 1999 head of the creative workshop of Higher academic school of graphic design (with 2015 on the basis of RANEPA). 2011-2012 art Director of the Perm center of design development. From 2012 art Director Artemy Lebedev Studio. Academician of the Academy of graphic design. Member of the Moscow Union of artists, Russia Union of designers.

Lashko Stefan
Designer and art Director of the "Praktika" theater. The curator of the School of design HSE. In 2015, founded the Studio ESH GROUP with partners. Participant and winner of Russian and international competitions of the poster.

Masharov Denis
Art Director of periodicals, designer fonts, School teacher at HSE art and design.

Rekin Dmitry
Art Director and designer at holding company "Рекламные технологии" (2000-2005). The founder of the author's workshop "RekinArt" (2006). The founder of Nizhny Novgorod festival of design "Стрелка" (2006, with A. Kazarin O. Prokhozhev). Lecturer at NNGASU (2009). Member of the expert Council of the urban project of social advertising "I am the city" (2013). Member of Russia Union of Artists and the Russia Union of Designers. Participant and winner of Russian and international design festivals and competitions.

Shtock Nicholay
Designer, photographer, art Director. In 1997-2003 – art Director of publishing house "IMA press". In 2004-2006 – art Director of the Center of the development and support of new music DEVOTIO MODERNA. In 2006-2010 – head of the Department of graphic design at the National Institute of modern design. Course leader at Higher academic school of graphic design (since 2011), head of graphic design Department of National Institute of design (NID). The head of the course in graduate School of design RANEPA. Participant and winner of Russian and international competitions of design.

The results of the Contest and the winners will be announced at the opening of the final exhibition in Moscow, in Exhibition hall of Moscow Union of artists, Russia, Moscow, Kuznetsky Most st., 20, in September 2018. 

 

Categories

1. Social and political poster
Newly created posters of socially important topics: politics, economics, ecology, interfaith relations, education, healthy lifestyle etc., also, posters on important dates and events from the history of the Russia (the 100th anniversary of the revolution, the tragic death of the Royal family, world Cup 2018 etc.).

2. Culture and entertainment

Newly created posters (music, literature, theatre, movie, exhibitions, festivals and other cultural, social and chamber events).

3. Advertising

Newly created posters advertising the goods and services in order to attract the attention of potential customer.

 

Admission and selection of works will pass in two steps
 
Step 1
Participants send files of posters to mos-plakat@mail.ru, e-mail subject “Step 1”. In the letter please specify title of submitted works and year of creation, your name (first and last), Country, city, contacts and category of contest.
File requirements:
size: no more than 1000 pixels on the long side, dpi 72, JPEG, RGB.

Deadline: May 31, 2018.


Step 2
The list of selected works will be published on www.plakat-msh.ru and Facebook. The files for printing selected works should be sent to mos-plakat@mail.ru by the Authors of these works, email subject “exhibition”.

File requirements: JPEG, 90 cm on the long side, 150 dpi, RGB.

Selected posters will be printed by the organizers.



 

Years of creation posters
between 2015 and 2018 are accepted.



Conditions of participation
Open Competition. The competition is open to both individuals and groups. The number of entries per participant is not limited. Participation is free of charge.

Prizes in each category; 

Diplomas of the jury in each category;

 

Catalogue

The competition will result in an illustrated catalogue.

Please, tell your colleagues about terms of the Contest.

The decision of the jury is final. In the event of a claim to the posters, responsibility for the copyrights is on participant and also engages in arbitration and litigation. Submissions of the contest will not be reviewed or returned. All submitted material will be retained for exhibition purposes. Competition results will be published in the Media and on the official Organizers and Partner websites. Organizers retain the right to non-commercial use of submissions, including display and publishing thereof, in order to promote the competition and exhibition. The organizers of the competition provide overall leadership and ongoing work; develop the criterion of assessment for posters, approve the jury, get the final outcome of the contest and carry out promotional and publishing activities. The organizers may reject submissions that fail to comply with the terms, moral and ethic standards and/or incite ethnic discord and violence.
